Welcome – I’m glad you’re here.
We’re all dealt a different hand in life—some of us carry chronic illness, invisible wounds, overwhelming stress, or identities we didn’t choose but are now navigating. I offer you the space to lay those cards on the table without judgment. You don’t have to do this alone; I’m here with you.
My clinical practice is grounded in compassion, inclusivity, and humility. I aim to give you the space and time to be truly heard and seen for exactly who you are. Together, we will develop treatment goals that feel best for you and your success. Psychotherapy with me is rooted in evidence-based practices and delivered with warmth, enthusiasm, and even humor (the best medicine). I welcome and affirm clients of all identities and backgrounds, including LGBTQIA+ youth and families. Together, we create a space that is not only safe—but healing, empowering, and growth-focused.
Let’s work together to help you, your child, or teen build emotional awareness, resilience, connection, and increased confidence navigating the world.
